We're building a vibrant community where all ages thrive with strong social bonds, lifelong care, and innovative programmes adding life to years, not just years to life.
Focusing on 6 key areas, we work closely with residents and partners to co-develop solutions and measure their impact, ensuring a supportive and inclusive community.
The Baseline Study is a cornerstone of the Health District @ Queenstown initiative, designed to better understand the needs, challenges, and aspirations of our vibrant community.
Recognising the potential of technology to improve quality of life, the National University of Singapore (NUS) and the Housing & Development Board (HDB) are exploring ways to integrate affordable technological solutions into daily living.
By co-designing or testing these technologies with residents, we aim to improve their usability and encourage adoption of these solutions. Smart and assistive technologies can help older adults maintain their independence, manage their health, and access care from home, benefitting both caregivers and healthcare systems.
Our goal is to develop scalable, sustainable solutions that support independence, enhance health, and bring care closer to home through a collaborative ecosystem.
